How fast will I hear back?
Usually within 24 hours, often the same day. If it's urgent, call or text 940-594-8211 — that's the quickest way to reach us.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes — we'll visit your space, talk through your ideas, and give you a tailored design and honest price with zero obligation to move forward. For certain locations outside of Gainesville, we charge a $30 fuel fee to cover the visit. If you decide to hire North Texas Palapas for your job, that $30 is taken off the total on your contract.
Do you only work with pool owners?
Not at all. Pools are a natural fit for a palapa, but we build for patios, decks, businesses and any outdoor space that could use authentic shade and island character.
What information should I include?
Whatever you've got — the size of your space, what you're picturing, your timeline, and a photo or two if it's easy. Don't worry about having all the answers; that's what the consult is for.
